Finding Hope Africa is a non-profit organization founded in 2015 by Tatenda and Jerry Johnson, dedicated to rescuing and reintegrating orphaned, poor, and marginalized street people in Harare, Zimbabwe. The organization offers shelter, education, vocational training, healthcare, employment opportunities, spiritual support, and family reintegration. Since 2018, it has empowered over 600 vulnerable children, youth, and families. Finding Hope focuses on both immediate intervention and prevention, helping individuals discover their potential and live out their God-given purposes.
Mission
Finding Hope Africa provides a holistic and transformative approach in addressing key socio-economic challenges. Our programs cut across a number of key areas that have an impact on individual, familial and communal welfare. These include education, health, employment, shelter and recreation. Our work falls under two main pillars;
