Finding Hope Africa provides self-sustainable short to long term housing opportunities for children and youth and short-term transitional housing facilities for adults and families.
If vulnerable children and youth are unable to stay with their parents or extended family, they can find a new home with the Finding Hope Africa family. Here children grow up in a loving caring home environment with proper nutrition, counseling, education, healthcare, vocational training, life skills, leadership and spiritual development that will prepare them for a bright future. Through partnership with governmental agencies we work together with the children’s primary and extended family so that if possible, the children can reconcile, reunite and return to live with them.
Finding Hope Africa believes that children and youth have a right to have all they need to grow, develop and thrive in life. This starts with living and belonging to a family that cares for them, living in a safe, nurturing and clean environment, having access to basic needs, given age appropriate responsibilities where they are able to give back and contribute, treated as valued individuals and part of a family, be listened to and have opportunities for play and rest.
We ensure that children and youth experience love, support and stable relationships to foster their intellectual, emotional and spiritual development.
Finding Hope Africa is committed to support vulnerable children, youth and adults in reconnection and reintegration with their families and caregivers as well as offer counseling, rehabilitation and training in personal, family and community development.
